New Year, New You
We're lending our players a helping hand...
January 9, 2020
Happy New Year!
It’s a new decade and Viker are excited to make it a good one! Here in the office, everybody has been talking about their New Year resolutions… so we thought it would be a good idea to ask our players what theirs are as well!
We asked across the Scratch Day, Spin Day, and Lotto Day Facebook pages, and picked one commenter from each page to win a prize which would lend a helping hand!
Jake Hobbs told us that in 2020 he wanted to “learn how to cook healthy meals and not rely on takeaways so much” - a classic New Years resolution (there are plenty of people in the team that have similar ones!)
We sent Jake a £60 voucher for Mindful Chef so that he can choose some healthy recipe food boxes and cook at home! We also thought announcing this prize might give other people some ideas of how to easily get into healthy cooking, especially if they’re looking to ‘up’ their health-game this year too!
Spin Day’s winner was Nicholas Jones! He had a similar goal of keeping healthy and fit this year, so we thought we’d gift him a Fitbit to track health and exercise.
He was very grateful for the prize, and we’re sure he’ll put it to good use! Good luck with the resolution, Nicholas, we know you’re going to get fit with your Fitbit!
Nath Craig had a unique 2020 resolution: “To stop wasting so much money buying coffee in coffee shops.” The life of queuing for coffees can be costly, so we picked Nath as one of our Lotto Day social competition winners!
He was sent a coffee machine to make sure that he can still enjoy his favourites without always spending in the shops! Lucky for Nath, it comes equipped with pods so he can use it right away!
Send us yours!
We’d love to hear what your New Year resolutions are… make sure to send us a message on Facebook telling us yours and you could be a future winner!
